Designed to be the best and most versatile termite bait station on the market, the Patented Syngenta SecureChoice Termite Detector And Bait station comes complete with a "finger twist" removable lid (no key required) that allows not only for termite baiting, but also for ant baiting. The Syngenta SecureChoice Termite bait station has a unique rubber seal that allows for station ventilation in humid or moist areas or for the addition of water to keep the station moist in drier climates.
For subterranean termite baiting, install 1 Securechoice Termite Detector and Bait Station every 10 -15 feet around the perimeter of the structure. Stations should be placed within the roof edge or no more than 3 feet away from the structure. Inspect every 90 days. When termites are found actively feeding on the wood detector inside the station, simply apply Optigard Flex as a foam. Evenly drench the entire station with the Optigard Flex foam without removing it from the ground and replace the lid. Termites are immediately infected by the Optigard Flex which then has an effect on the entire termite colony. This reduces and helps eliminate the population. It's that easy!
The Secure Choice Termite bait station can also be used with Firstline GT or Terminate in ground termite baits in areas where liquid insecticides are not desirable or in States such as NY where Optigard is not registered.
Optigard Flex can be used as a foam to kill termites in stations where termites have been detected.
