For easiest ordering, use our convenient on-line shopping cart system. It's easy, simple, and it uses the latest in secure internet ordering with your major credit card or check via E-commerce Exchange - the Internets largest and most trusted E-commerce credit card network.
If you you prefer simply call toll free at 1-877-500-0011 during business hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Saturday CST.) For fastest service, please have your VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card number ready when you call. We cannot accept C.O.D. orders. If you prefer to mail in your payment, please enclose a check or money order for the full purchase amount a your order will ship in about 2 weeks or when the funds clear. Please, do not send cash.
You can also fax us your order at 214-341-4105. Be sure to include your name, shipping address and Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express number and expiration date.
Your order will be processed as soon as we receive it. UPS and Fedex pickup at our warehouse at approximately 3:00 pm CST. If we receive your order prior to 3:00pm, and if it is in stock, then it will be shipped that day.
HOW TO USE THE ONLINE SHOPPING CART
When you see on item that you would like to order, simply point and click thebutton. Our shopping cart system then automatically takes you to that items page where all the available information about that item is stored. If you are sure that you want to purchase that item, then click the
button again. That item is then stored in your online shopping cart. The online shopping cart is very similar to a regular shopping cart in your supermarket. Your online or "virtual" shopping cart holds all of the products that you have chosen until you are ready to check out.
When your shopping cart appears, you can either remove your items, recalculate your order or continue shopping by pointing and clicking the
button. If you are ready to check out, proceed directly to the check out counter by pointing and clicking the
button. At this point you will need to fill out the order form. Please make sure that you double check everything, especially your shipping address. When you have completely filled out the order form, and everything is double checked, you then point and click the
button. At any time you can view the contents of your virtual shopping cart by pointing and clicking on the Shopping Cart link located at the top and bottom of each page. If you are ready to check out at any time simply point and click on the Check Out link located at the top and bottom of each page.
That's it ! Your order is sent to us electronically, and you will receive an email confirmation about your order. And your order will be shipped the same day if it is received before 3:00pm CST.

ePestSupply does not sell or distribute United States EPA "restricted use" or any pesticide classified as hazardous. ePestSupply sells only United States EPA registered "general use" pesticides. Not all EPA "general use" pesticides are registered in every state. Some States require the licensing or registration of persons purchasing certain pesticides even though that pesticide may be registered as an EPA "general use" pesticide. Shipping
SAME-DAY SHIPPING
Most merchandise is shipped directly from our catalogue and retail headquarters in Dallas, Texas and usually ship the same day orders are received or when funds clear. Weekend and holiday orders are shipped the next business day. Due to the high demand of some products and or backordering issues with our manufacturers, we may not have your entire order available for immediate shipment. If your order is placed online, your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. If we cannot ship your order within 3 days, we will notify you with an update of your order delivery status and the option to cancel and credit your charges back to your credit card.UPS TRANSIT TIMES

Most products for sale include shipping and handling charges that are added to the retail price. Shipping and handling fees are considered as a 15% average percentage of the sale price of each product. Outbound or inbound shipping / handling fees are not refundable on return orders. (See returns below).
All ground orders will be shipped FREE via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground within the continental USA. Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc. are not included. Regular shipping fees apply to to these areas.
Free shipping is only for USPS, Fedex or UPS regular ground service. Some oversize products may be charged an additional shipping fee due to oversize packaging. This fee is plainly stated on each items shopping cart page.
Free Shipping does not include Next day, 2nd day, 3 Day Select, Worldwide Express, Worldwide Expedited delivery, or delivery outside of the continental United States. Normal USPS, UPS or Fedex delivery fees are charged for these services and will be charged to your credit card with your prior approval.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AND DOORSTEP DROP-OFF DELIVERY POLICY
By placing your order with ePestSupply, and unless otherwise demanded by you our customer, you are agreeing to what is called a "doorstep dropoff" which means that in most cases, if no one is available to receive your shipment, it will be left on your doorstep in accordance with most carriers policies.
If your order is traceable to your shipping address by the shipping carrier and is not found or is lost or stolen, ePestSupply assumes no responsibility and will not refund your package. If your order has signature confirmation and is signed for by a person at the shipping address but is not delivered to the purchaser, ePestSupply assumes no responsibility. If you live in a multi-family complex or you will not be there when your package is delivered, we recommend that you contact us and purchase signature confirmation for your package.
Guaranteed Delivery - On orders under $100.00 and unless authorized by you and at an additional fee of $2.50, a signature confirmation may be purchased to receive your order. This may result in a delay in you receiving your order. Signature confirmation is only purchased by ePestSupply and at ePestSupply's discretion on orders over $100.00. Guaranteed Delivery is available by calling us toll free at 1-877-500-0011 the same day of your order and before your order ships.
International orders and orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Marshall Islands or any other US territory or state will be shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex. USPS delivery fees to these areas are generally more economical than UPS or Fedex. Email us if you are interested in shipping costs for these services and we will calculate the shipping charges for you.ePestSupply reserves the right to increase or decrease shipping fees and will work to find the most economical means of delivery available. Special attention will be given to any order that is outside of the continental United States.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, we offer UPS, Fedex Worldwide Express and DHL Worldwide Expedited. Shipping costs for these services can by automatically calculated by our shopping cart system.
In many cases, USPS is preferred over all other international shipping methods. The charges generally are less and the delivery time is the same. For shipping costs for these services please e-mail your request to Email us or fax your request to (214) 341-4105. ePestSupply will prepare a quote for your merchandise complete with shipping charges and estimated delivery times. Shipping charges are based on weight, dimensional weight and destination. Point of origination is Dallas, Texas USA zip code 75238.
If desired, place your order using the shopping cart system, and choose "Please Calculate Shipping Charges For Me" ePestSupply will then calculate the shipping charges and add it to your order for you. We will then email you the additional shipping charge receipt. This will expedite your order.
Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes that apply to international shipments. International orders must be paid in U.S. funds and ePestSupply must have a signed order confirmation prior to shipping.
At ePestSupply's discretion, we will double check shipping costs on Worldwide orders and may require additional shipping charges, insurance etc..

Returns
EXCHANGING OR RETURNING MERCHANDISE
Please select your purchases carefully. Opened containers, broken seals and packages are not returnable. Used, damaged or non-resalable products will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. Any return received by us that is opened, has broken seals, is damaged by customer or is not resalable will be returned to the sender.
All orders returned will incur a 15% restocking fee up to 30 days. All orders are non-refundable after 30 days. Any returns may be exchanged for full credit towards another purchase of equal or greater value.
Money Back Guarantee orders will be given 100% of the purchase price less 15% shipping and handling fee.
Most manufacturers do not not offer money back guarantees. ePestSupply does not warranty or guarantee the effectiveness of it products unless specifically stated on that products information page. Some products carry a money back guarantee. Our prices include shipping fees and handling fees unless extra shipping is specifically stated. Any product or order returned will be charged a customary 15% return fee or the actual shipping fee - whichever is greater. This fee does not include return shipping costs by the purchaser. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender. The 15% return fee includes outbound shipping fees, handling fees, credit card processing fees, etc. No product may be returned for a money back guarantee after 30 days of the purchase date. Any product returned for a money back guarantee must include the original packaging, container, any unused product, original sales receipt, and must have a return authorization number. Returns without this criteria will be returned to purchaser at purchasers expense. International orders do not qualify for money back guarantees.
If your merchandise is defective or damaged upon shipping receipt, please contact us at 214-341-4106 to receive a return authorization number. Have your original receipt information ready to provide our staff with the invoice number. Please send your package back to us within 10 days of purchase and via insured and prepaid U.S. Mail or UPS (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery). Shipping fees are not refundable; however, there is no shipping fee for product replacement. Credit card refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow two weeks for refund checks if you have paid by check.
SALES TAXES
Texas law requires that we collect 8.25% state and local tax on all merchandise shipped to addresses within the State of Texas.
